Who are we to do this?

APG-IT Inc. is a US-based company with backing from a European group of financial and fintech entities. Such backing for a US company that has a team of top level marketing and management personnel is a recipe for incredible success in one of the most dynamic fields of business, universally described as Fintech (Financial Technology).

The UK Management Team

Michael Harris

CEO

Michael comes from a prior background in national and international Telecoms, where he co-founded businesses in the USA, UK and Germany. He then applied the experience gained in those businesses to focus on the development and financial management of payment processing ventures.

He has been active in this field for over 12 years to date. In 2020 he co-founded APG-IT Inc with his partner in Payment Processing, Ron Prupis, and backing from his associates in the Fintec and Finance worlds in Europe.

Michael was tasked with the assembly and management of a professional team to design, develop and implement systems and procedures to handle the complex nature and high volume of transactions in this business.

Scott Bruce

CFO & Chief Compliance Officer

A successful finance and sales professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the banking, corporate, financial and media industry sectors, particularly compliance issues.

Scott began his career with Abbey National Bank plc dealing with high value loans, mortgages and assisting high net worth clients with financial planning. He subsequently held senior positions in the Bank’s Compliance and Merchant Services departments.

Demonstrating entrepreneurial flair, he then setup a property services company dealing with local authority and private contracts across the UK. As Managing Director of a large workforce, he was pivotal in driving the company’s growth to an annual turnover in the millions.

Scott now sits on the Board of numerous companies advising on operational management, accounting, merchant services, auditing and financial planning.

Khalid Sabri

Sales Director

Kal began his career in Medicine and moved on to qualify as a Merchant Naval Officer, specialising in onboard medical and operational duties.

Kal held the pivotal position of ‘First Officer’ of the “M/V SulNOx Eco1” during its years as the Research & Development vessel for the SulNOx anti-pollution formulas and their effective deployment techniques and systems.

The composite and proven technology now powers RemNOx Diesel Fuel Conditioner and RemNOx Petrol Conditioner and HFO Emulsifiers. Kal is expected to be heavily involved in the deployment of RemNOx products and partake in major seaborn shipping trials of the SulNOx Technologies planned for 2023.

Steven Dunnett

Admin Director

Steven has a wealth of knowledge, in a number of key areas, with over 20 years’ experience in Hospitality Management, High net Worth Banking and Operations Management.

His career began with Shearings, a national hotel chain, and it was only months before he moved into a management role. This gave him great interpersonal skills and sales techniques.

Steven joined Private Banking with RBS where he excelled at savings, investments and mortgages which propelled him to Top Sales Awards on numerous occasions.

He then became Operations Manager for a national food company based in Livingston, and the success of this brand was confirmed when it was bought after 7 years of successful trading.
